The boys got together last night for some good old-fashioned poker. We played until 3 a.m.-our longest game in a long long time. Some big winners & some big losers! Sometimes it seems as if our friendly 25/50/75 cent games just gets tossed out the window. I’ll have to talk to the boys about how far we want to take that! At least the last hand we played got me from a terrible - $140 to a lovely + $100!

Thank you for hosting the poker game Tony. We seem to get together so rarely thiese days. We’ll have to see what all the other guys think but I also think the stakes have gotten a bit carried away.
Now on to several legal issues, namely privacy and slander.
I, like the other poker players was happy to pose for Paolo as he endlessly snapped picture after picture. But I had no idea the picture would be posted on this blog. I signed no waiver or agreement form. And as for your slanderous and defamatory comments and headline, a written public apology is demanded or else the matter will be turned over to my lawyers, Goldfarb, Goldman, Silverman, Silverberg, Goldsilver, Cooperman, Mandelbaum and Swartz. And they are SHARKS!! Cousin Jan, I ask you do I gloat, and by the way when I showed my wife the picture of you, Godwin and Tony C., without reading the caption she knew which was Tony’s cousin. The eyebrows gave it away.

Charles, I didn’t think you were gloating at all and the eyebrows always give it away, I’m stuck with them. Now on to more serious matters, I to did not sign any waivers for my picture to be posted on this blog.
Tony I think you should know that people pay big buck for a picture of me so I will expect the royalty cheques to start rolling in anytime now.

Thank you for your comment Jan and also let me say how refreshing it is on this blog to see my actual name being used. There is a difference between your eyebrows and Tony’s. On you they look distinguished.
Anything to reply to all of this Tony or are you hiding out until this latest legal mess blows over. The SHARKS are coming for you!!

listen up dickhead and cousin jan. when you entered my abode you waived all ownership in such matters. the only thing you will get in the form of payment are the empty beer bottles you left here. at least that is what the dickhead will get; jan brought no beer so he has no empties to collect.

Well Jan, I can tell by Tony’s ultra lame comment that we have him worried. As us Seinfeldians would say, we have hand. He knows it and he’s running scared.
