My Thoughts Are with You Brother Mike
Tomorrow is the big day for my brother Mike. He has some major surgery coming up-very major. This is something he and the family have known is coming for a while now. Never a complaint, never a "woe is me" from him. Yet, I can just imagine what is going through Mike’s head. Be strong brother Mike, you will have to be. You have led a good healthy life and that will certainly help you during recovery. Your family & friends will be there for you.

Thank you Charles, that means a lot. Mike had his surgery a couple of days ago and it went as well as it could have. Hopefully, they have been able to take care of things for good. He certainly has some adjusting to do with the changes he now has to deal with. Brother Mike led a very healthy life so hopefully that will help him with his recovery.

A lot of good thoughts are going to Mike from the Rez too. We’re also thinking of his family because this has got to be hard on them as well. Mike is always so active, when he starts feeling better, you’re going to have to keep reminding him to take it easy!

Thanks Tree, I’m sure positive thoughts will be a big help for Brother Mike. His family seems to be holding up well. There’s a chance the hospital will be sending him home on Monday. I could see a big difference in Brother Mike yesterday from my first visit. Was much more with it and handling pain levels a bit better. Off to see him again this afternoon. Say hello to everyone for me and make sure they keep Brother Mike in their thoughts!
