Lunch with Some VRS Buddies

It was a couple of weeks ago but I had to hold off on posting until a picture or two were available (thanks Heather & Janet).  Got together with Janet & Heather and Bernice for some lunch at Acclamation, a lovely little restaurant on James Street North.  Unfortunately, another coworker-Rita was a little under the weather and could not make it.

Was nice to catch up on how everyone is doing.  Heather & Janet have started their own businesses while Bernice continues to be with the Employment Supports Program of the Provincial Government.  It’s nice to be able to keep in touch.  And having some good food certainly adds to it!

Check out the Pictures

  1. It sure was fun and I’m glad we got to enjoy lunch on the patio since the warm weather decided to take a break for a while after that! It’s always great to get together with the old VRS gang!

  2. I really enjoyed getting together with Janet and Heather. (But that’s it.) While the company was good, the food was better!!! Anyone who gets a chance to dine at Acclamation should definitely try the spinach salad. It sounds healthy (which is not really my thing) but it is really delicious. It was great to see Janet and to catch up. Fortunately, my work allows me to keep in touch with Heather. And as for Tony…………….
